"Reliable All-in-One Collaboration with Strong Security and AI Productivity Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

What I like most about Webex Suite is how it brings messaging, meetings, calling, and webinars together in one seamless platform. It feels very reliable, especially for large teams and enterprise environments. The security and compliance features are strong, which matters a lot for business use. I also appreciate the AI features, such as noise removal and meeting summaries, because they help improve productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

One downside of Webex Suite is that it can feel complex and overwhelming, especially for new users. The interface isn’t always as intuitive as some competitors. It can also be more expensive for smaller teams. Sometimes performance depends heavily on network quality, which may affect meeting experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Webex Suite?

I use Webex Suite for video conferencing and business meetings and I appreciate its voice recognition and auto video capturing while the speaker moves over the positions. I like the real-time noise removal and voice enhancement features. The gesture recognition is also impressive. I'm particularly impressed with the security-first collaboration and end-to-end encryption options it offers. From an IT perspective, Webex Suite provides strong analytics and device management, allowing our system admin engineers to quickly diagnose issues and manage users and endpoints. Once configured properly, the platform runs reliably and scales well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

Higher CPU and memory usage when multitasking. UI lag during long meetings and slower startup compared to other competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Smooth Experience with Webex Suite"
5/5
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

I like the reliability and smooth performance of Webex Suite. I have used it mainly for attending online classes and group meetings. The video and audio quality are clear, and screen sharing helps a lot during presentations. Features like chat and file sharing make communication easy. It works well on both mobile and desktop, which makes it convenient to join meetings from anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

One downside is that Webex Suite can feel slightly heavy on low-end devices and sometimes takes time to start meetings. The interface may also be a bit confusing for new users at first. In addition, it requires a stable internet connection, otherwise audio and video quality may drop during meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Webex: Easy to Use, Fast to Launch, and Seamless Across Devices"
5/5
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

It is very easy to use. It integrates well with my Windows laptop, while other users are using Apple products. It is free for me to use, it boots up quickly, and is seamless to use. All in all it is a great product. I haven't needed to use any support features, but I'm sure they work great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

I can't think of anything I dislike about the Webex product. It is very easy to use, and it has worked very well for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure and Reliable, But With a Learning Curve"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

I appreciate the peace of mind from top-tier security provided by Webex Suite. The UI is intuitive to use and feels familiar like other competitor platforms. I also like how stable and reliable it is for large corporate online presentation calls with hundreds of participants—more so than Teams, which we use daily. The secure video and screen sharing are valuable for our remote support teams to provide consistent service to customers. Overall, I find Webex Suite critical for maintaining professionalism during costly and time-limited guest speaker events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

It's not as well integrated into other software as I'd like - we are used to the Windows suite and use Teams as our default meeting platform. Also using the platform in meetings needed a learning curve because there are lots of advanced commands that take some getting used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Communication and Collaboration Excellence"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

I work in an organization where my job involves a lot of cross-functional and collaborative work, and I find Webex Suite very helpful for seamless communication and collaboration with its chat, instant calls, and meeting options. I also appreciate the user interface and experience which are too good for me. Additional small features like polling that I personally use a lot are a plus. Timely information without clutter helps us stay connected, and the high-quality calling, useful whiteboarding, polling, and secure file sharing significantly enhance the overall productivity of our human resources. The initial setup was really easy, and we completed the transition within a week for my team specifically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

Not particularly anything as of now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Widely Adopted with Essential Features, But Room for Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

One of the best aspects of Webex Suite is its widespread adoption; many companies have made it their standard platform. It includes all the frequently used features, which makes it a strong choice for organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

There are quite a few things I dislike, but I'll just mention a few. Personally, I have experienced several problems with the login process, and whenever I tried to resolve these issues myself, I discovered through search engines that many other users face the same problem. The interface can also be quite confusing at times, especially when using WebEx meetings, which is the tool most people rely on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Team Collaboration with Minor UI Challenges"
4/5
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

I use Webex Suite primarily for team collaboration and communication, as it helps me conduct virtual meetings, webinars, and one-on-one calls with ease. I appreciate its reliability and all-in-one features, like meetings, messaging, and file sharing in a single platform, which makes collaboration smooth and efficient. The all-in-one features save time and reduce hassle since I can chat, schedule meetings, join calls, and share files all in one place. It keeps everything organized, improves team coordination, and makes communication faster and more efficient. The integration with calendars for scheduling meetings is also quite helpful. Additionally, the initial setup was fairly straightforward, with basic features like scheduling meetings and messaging being easy to get started with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

Sometimes the interface feels a bit cluttered, especially for new users, and it can take time to find certain features. Also, performance can occasionally lag during large meetings or when the internet connection isn't strong. Improving speed, simplifying the UI, and making navigation more intuitive would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable for Small Meetings, but Needs Better Participant Visibility in Large Calls"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

Most of the basic functions work nicely and reliably. Scheduling sessions, joining meetings, and managing a small number of participants is generally smooth, which really matters when coordinating across distant places. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

One limitation I noticed while using the Webex Suite is coordinating a meeting when there are many participants. In particular, you can only view the participants who are visible on the main screen, and when someone is presenting their screen it becomes difficult to quickly scan what everyone is doing at once, which is possible in other video conferencing tools. Having a broader view of participants would make coordinating meetings much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
