"Reliable Video Conferencing Platform for Everyday Business Use"
4/5
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

Webex Suite provides very clear audio and video quality, and the platform is highly stable during meetings. The screen‑sharing feature is smooth, and scheduling meetings is very easy with Outlook integration. I also like the noise‑cancelation feature, which helps maintain clarity in a busy environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

Sometimes Webex Suite uses a lot of CPU and can cause slight lag during long meetings. The user interface can also feel a bit complicated for new users, and switching between audio devices isn’t always smooth. Occasionally, updates take a while to install, which can interrupt my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Webex Suite Simplifies Collaboration with Stable, Feature-Rich Video Meetings"
4/5
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

I like most about Webex Suite is that it brings meetings, messaging, calling, and collaboration together in a single platform, which really simplifies my day-to-day work. I also want to highlight the quality and stability of the video meetings, even in hybrid environments, along with the smart features—transcription, summaries, and noise cancellation—that genuinely add value rather than just being nice-to-have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

The administration and configuration can be less intuitive than on more lightweight platforms, especially for advanced calling or hybrid deployments, where careful planning is required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enterprise-Grade Security and Powerful Control Hub for Global Webex Deployments"
5/5
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

Webex stands out for its enterprise-grade security and seamless integration with Cisco hardware. Key benefits include advanced AI-powered noise cancellation, real-time translation in over 100 languages, and a centralized Control Hub that makes it easy for IT teams to manage large-scale global deployments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

On the downside, Webex is often criticized for its heavy system resource consumption, which can lead to lag or performance issues on older computers compared to leaner alternatives like Zoom. The platform's interface is also known for a steeper learning curve, as its extensive professional features and "Control Hub" settings can feel overwhelming for casual users or small teams. Additionally, while it offers a free version, the high licensing costs for its premium enterprise tiers and proprietary Cisco hardware can make it a budget-straining investment for startups or SMEs. "Seamless Collaboration with Screen Sharing"
4/5
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

I like how Webex Suite just works seamlessly and allows me to share my screen, share a document, or even multiple screens effortlessly. It also enables screen sharing from others, which allows them to drive something on my screen, and makes it easy to point things out. The screen-sharing capabilities are beneficial whether I'm presenting to my teammates, customers, or people I'm supporting. The setup is easy too; installing the application and setting up an account with SSO is seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

I haven't really run into very many issues where it hasn't worked. Occasionally, I find an end user has problems in installing it, and using the web browser. And sometimes the web browser doesn't work as well for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Collaboration with Minor Glitches"
4/5
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

I like how easy Webex Suite is to use and how well it integrates with our current platform. Sharing ideas has never been easier for us. The video and sound quality are better than what we experienced with Zoom, and I appreciate the fact that users can join without needing to create an account. Creating an account was easy as a user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

Sometimes the camera glitches or the sound wouldn't work. Occasional minor glitches were frustrating, but overall the product works as intended. Suggestions: allow option for lower quality video if needed to conserve operating power. More bug fixes could help too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Platform for Seamless Remote Collaboration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

I primarily use Webex Suite for team collaboration and communication. I like how it helps us conduct virtual meetings, join video calls, and share screens with ease, making remote collaboration more straightforward. What I like most about Webex Suite is how easy it is to schedule and join meetings. The video and audio quality are usually very good, and features like screen sharing and chat make collaboration simple during meetings. Switching from another tool to Webex Suite made it easier for us to schedule meetings, collaborate with team members, and manage discussions all in one place. The initial setup was fairly straightforward; we just installed the Webex app, signed in with our work credentials, and were able to start scheduling and joining meetings without much difficulty. Overall, the setup process was smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

One thing that could be improved in Webex Suite is the user interface, as sometimes it can feel a bit complex for new users to navigate. Occasionally, joining meetings or switching between features takes a few extra steps. Apart from this, sometimes I feel some audio-related issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Meetings and Integrations, But a Complex, Resource-Heavy UI"
3/5
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

The video meetings were good quality, and the team messaging system was a great feature. We were able to integrate it with third-party apps, and at the end of meetings we could get meeting summaries with the help of the AI assistant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

The user interface was quite complex and it had a quiet high resource usage consumed a significant amount of ram and cpu Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Webex Suite A complete platform for collaborations."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

I love that webex suite is a complete solution set. I can go from a super-fast team chat to a massive webinar or a super-secure phone call in the same app. That feels way more 'enterprise-grade' and secure compared to other free solutions I've used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

It can feel a bit 'heavy' on system resources. If I have too many browser tabs open, the app takes a second to load up which is frustrating sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Meeting Experience, Needs Mic Connectivity Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

I like the well-defined dashboard of Webex Suite, which is easy to navigate during meetings. I also appreciate the ability to easily access chat during meetings. Another feature I enjoy is the smooth transfer from the laptop to a call, and the fact that I can easily pick up calls from the Webex App. Additionally, Webex Suite handles large groups of people smoothly, and calling capability on the cellphone is a great benefit. Setting it up was easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

Mic doesn't connect automatically. Also, the software glitches sometimes when multiple headphones are connected. Screen sharing can be glitchy sometimes, need strong internet connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Stable, Secure Video Conferencing with Powerful Recording and AI Summaries"
4/5
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

The best thing about the Webex suite is its stable video conferencing feature, which has a strong security layer and more enterprise reliability. Their platform also offers features like sharing and meeting recording tools, which are very effective. Their AI powered meeting summary tool is also a good feature to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

Their interface is a bit less intuitive when compared to the collaboration tools available at similar competitor platforms. And also, their initial setup is a bit complicated when setting up for the first time. Their web application is a bit heavier and is holding up system resources.
