I love how Webex Suite is our primary tool for daily sync-ups across different global departments because of its very stable video and audio quality. I appreciate that it completely solves the issue of communication gaps across global, remote teams by combining chat, video, and whiteboarding in one place. The flawless screen sharing and remote control capabilities are fantastic for diagnosing technical issues quickly. What I like most about Webex Suite is its exceptional audio and video stability, even during high-traffic enterprise meetings. The AI-powered background noise removal feature is also fantastic as it filters out distracting sounds perfectly, allowing us to stay focused during busy support calls. The integration capabilities are impressive, with smooth connections to MS Outlook and our daily calendar tools, making meeting scheduling a breeze. What I like most about Webex Suite is how it brings everything I need for collaboration into one place. I like how Webex Suite is very convenient to join meetings. It's great to get reminders via email, which helps me keep track of our daily meetings with the America team. The platform also feels secure, especially when I'm connected for discussing and sharing high-level data. The flexible database and ease of use are other aspects I appreciate, as they're easy to understand even for someone new to the platform. I believe, like, we generally connect over the laptops and computers of our company. But what if they get an opportunity to have more clarity on our personal mobiles, as for me, like, we do have we can't share, our phones are quite locked with security just because we do use high repetitions confidential things. We've been using webex across the organisation for a while now and honestly it's grown on me more than I expected when we first rolled it out I was skeptical What changed my mind was pretty simple. The admin side of things is actually manageable . I'm not spending half my friday troubleshooting why a user can't join a meeting or hunting through nested menus to find a security settings. Call quaility is another thing I didn't expect to be this good. We've got people working from diffrent cities, diffrent setups, and the audio holds up way better than what we had before. Had a big internal call last quarter, 200+ people, and it didn't turn into a disaster which honestly was my biggest fear gooing in. And just having everything (Messaging, Meetings, Calling) in one app instead of telling people use this for calls, this for chat, this for meetings has cut down so much confusion. Alright so it's not all perfect and i'd rather be honest about it. The mobile app is the one thing that still bugs me. Like the desktop expericence is solid but then you open it on your phone and it feels like a slightly diffrent product. Notifications especially sometimes they come through late, sometimes not all, and all I've had users complain about missing messages because of it. It's not a dealbreaker but it's the kind of thing you notice. Integrations are decent but not seamless . We work with partners who are on Teams and those cross-platfrom calls can get a little awkward. It's gotten better but there are still moments where you're just like... why is this still a thing in 2024. Onboarding new users can also take a bit of hand-holding, most people figure it out eventually but there's a learning curve especially for non-technical staff, We ended up putting together our own internal guide because the default help docs aren't always the most intuitive. Nothing that's made me want to switch, but stuff that I'd love to see them tighten up over the next few updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you? The biggest problem it solved for us was fragmentation. Before Webex we were kind of all over the place one tool for calls, another for messaging, something ealse for webinars, and fielding was ever on the same page about one to use for what. It Was constanlty fielding "walt which app do I download" tickets and it was exhausting. Webex basically pulled all of that under one roof and that single change made a noticeable diffrences. Users know where to go, IT isn't playing traffic cop anymore, and meetings actually start on time because people aren't fumbling with links or downloads last minute. Security compilence was also a big one for us. We needed a platform that could meet certain requirements without us having a layer a bunch of third party tools on top. Webex handled that out of the box which made our compilence review a lot less painful than it could've been. Honestly the biggest benefit is just that it's one less thing I have to actively worry about. It runs, It's stable, people use it without drama and for IT that's kind of the dream.
