"Good UI and integrations, but video calls and pricing ROI need improvement"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

Webex Suite is good and the UI feels very similar to Microsoft Teams, but it still lacks some basic utilities. The Whiteboard integration is really helpful for quick brainstorming sessions and makes it easy to capture ideas on the fly. That said, video calls need a better upgrade, as the overall experience could be smoother. The quick calling feature is available, but I think it should be named something clearer, like Meet or similar, so it’s easier to understand at a glance. AppHub integration is also really helpful, especially the GitHub integration, since it lets me get quick insights without switching contexts. Premium plan is also reasonable but its not good ROI considering pricing of almost 100$. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

Need better call and support for web meetings, Along with audio and video well versed and covered. Vidcast seems to be forced on users which is no need for private meetings and org level Video and meetings platform. AI agent need more refinement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A practical solution for meetings, messaging and Better Team Collaboration"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

What I like most about Webex Suite is its ability to combine meeting, messaging, and collaboration into a single platform that supports everyday business communication very well. It stands out because it helps reduce the complexity of managing multiple communication tools and creates a more unified experience for teams. This is especially valuable in environments where employees need to stay connected across different departments or locations. I find it useful because it supports a variety of communication needs from scheduled meetings and presentations to quick team discussions and ongoing coordination. Adding these capabilities in one place helps improve work efficiency and collaboration. It makes me feel more organized on our platform, contributing to better alignment of our teams by making it easier to share, update, and communicate consistently. Webex stands out to me because it offers a dependable and well-rounded collaboration experience that supports both communication and productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

Webex Suite provides a solid communication and collaboration experience but there are still some areas where it could be enhanced. The platform can sometimes feel more complex and unexpected, particularly for first-time or less technical users. Navigating different tool settings and collaboration options may take some time. A more intuitive design could make adoption easier across teams. It could also benefit from a more streamlined experience when moving between meeting, messaging, and other collaboration functions. In some cases, simplifying workflows and making frequently used options easier to access would improve efficiency in day-to-day use. For administrators and larger teams, clearer setup controls and easier customization could also add value. Overall, Webex is effective for communication and collaboration, but further improvements in user interface and simplicity would make the platform even more efficient and accessible. "All-in-One Collaboration with Reliable Meetings and Helpful AI Summaries"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

What I like most about Webex Suite is how it brings everything I need for collaboration into one place. Instead of jumping between different apps for meetings, messaging, and file sharing, it’s all integrated and easy to access.

The meeting experience is also very reliable and smooth. Features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and the ability to quickly join from a calendar invite make it really convenient, especially when working with teams remotely.

Another thing I appreciate is the AI features like meeting summaries and transcripts. They make it much easier to catch up on discussions if you miss something or join late. Overall, it just makes communication with colleagues feel more organised and efficient without being complicated to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

One thing I don’t really like about Webex Suite is that the interface can sometimes feel a bit cluttered and not as intuitive as it could be. When you’re trying to quickly find certain settings or features during a meeting, it can take a few extra clicks, which can be frustrating.

I’ve also noticed that joining meetings can occasionally feel slower compared to some other platforms, especially if the app needs to update or load plugins. Sometimes the desktop app and web version behave slightly differently as well, which can be confusing.

Another minor issue is that notifications and messages can be easy to miss when there are multiple spaces or threads active. It would be nice if there were clearer ways to prioritise or organise conversations. Overall it works well, but the user experience could feel a bit smoother and simpler. "Must Have Communication Hub with Consistently Strong Video."
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

Webex Suite brings meetings, messaging, and calling together in one place. Thus, it makes communication more structured. Video and audio quality are consistent, even in large meetings. Screen sharing, recording, breakout rooms, and scheduling further add to the collaboration features. It can be used for internal communications as well as for client communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

The user interface feels a bit heavy. It is not very intuitive, especially compared to other new-age tools. It is not very easy to switch from messaging to meetings to calling. It also takes some time and technical expertise to use some of the advanced features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure And Smooth Collaboration with Consistently Great Audio & Video."
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

The Webex Suite integrates meetings, messaging, and calling into a single, secure platform. The quality of video and audio is consistent, and the product offers features such as sharing, recording, and breakout rooms to ensure that collaboration is maximized for the team and clients alike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

The product is a bit heavy compared to other, more modern products, and switching between different components is not as smooth as one would wish. The product also has a number of configurations that need to be met, and this may take a while to get used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable All-in-One Collaboration with Strong Security and AI Productivity Features"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

What I like most about Webex Suite is how it brings messaging, meetings, calling, and webinars together in one seamless platform. It feels very reliable, especially for large teams and enterprise environments. The security and compliance features are strong, which matters a lot for business use. I also appreciate the AI features, such as noise removal and meeting summaries, because they help improve productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

One downside of Webex Suite is that it can feel complex and overwhelming, especially for new users. The interface isn’t always as intuitive as some competitors. It can also be more expensive for smaller teams. Sometimes performance depends heavily on network quality, which may affect meeting experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable for Small Meetings, but Needs Better Participant Visibility in Large Calls"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

Most of the basic functions work nicely and reliably. Scheduling sessions, joining meetings, and managing a small number of participants is generally smooth, which really matters when coordinating across distant places. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

One limitation I noticed while using the Webex Suite is coordinating a meeting when there are many participants. In particular, you can only view the participants who are visible on the main screen, and when someone is presenting their screen it becomes difficult to quickly scan what everyone is doing at once, which is possible in other video conferencing tools. Having a broader view of participants would make coordinating meetings much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Secure Webex Suite with Robust All-in-One Collaboration"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

I like best about Webex Suite is its reliability and strong security, which makes it suitable for professional and enterprise use. Meetings are stable, and audio/video quality remains consistent even during longer discussions.

Another good aspect is that Webex Suite brings multiple collaboration tools together in one place, like meetings, messaging, and file sharing. This helps teams communicate and collaborate without switching between too many different applications.

I also find the meeting controls and host features very effective. Managing participants, screen sharing, and meeting settings is smooth, which is helpful during client calls, team meetings, and presentations. Overall, Webex Suite feels robust, professional, and dependable for day-to-day business communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

One thing I dislike about Webex Suite is that it can sometimes feel heavy and resource-intensive, especially on older systems. During longer meetings, the application may consume more memory, which can affect performance.

The user interface, while powerful, can also feel a bit complex for new users. There are many features and options available, so it takes some time to get comfortable navigating everything, compared to simpler meeting tools.

Additionally, some advanced features are tied to higher-priced plans, which may not be ideal for smaller teams or organizations. That said, these drawbacks are mostly related to usability and cost, and overall Webex Suite remains a strong and reliable platform for enterprise communication. "Stability and Security Make Webex Suite a Standout"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

I like Webex Suite's stability and security, especially during long training sessions and large online classes. The user-friendly interface makes it easy for both trainers and participants to join and interact. I also appreciate how it helps us overcome distance and scheduling challenges by enabling smooth virtual classes, training sessions, and meetings. Webex Suite allows us to connect trainers, participants, and teams from different locations in real time, improving communication efficiency and reducing travel costs. The support for session recording is a great feature as well. The initial setup of Webex Suite was simple and quick, and we switched from Zoom Meetings because Webex Suite provides better stability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

Performance can be affected on lower bandwidth connections, especially during large meetings. Additionally, some advanced features require better in-app guidance or tutorials to help users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Webex Suite"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

The Webex Suite's excellent balance of usability, dependability, and flexibility is what I appreciate most about it. Because of the user-friendly interface, regular users can easily collaborate, hold meetings, and send messages. Even in larger settings, implementation is simple, and the platform provides strong integration with enterprise systems, calendars, and current tools. Productive meetings are supported by Webex Suite's consistently high audio and video quality. Customer service is another important strength; when problems occur, the support staff is helpful, informed, and quick to respond. All things considered, Webex Suite facilitates effective communication, seamless teamwork, and reliable performance across groups and geographical boundaries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

The thing I don't like about Webex Suite is that it occasionally feels resource-heavy and has performance problems. In comparison to more recent collaboration tools, the user interface may feel outdated, and some advanced features can be difficult to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
