## About Cisco Vulnerability Management (formerly Kenna.VM)
Cisco Vulnerability Management (formerly Kenna.VM), the original SaaS risk-based vulnerability management platform, prioritizes vulnerabilities that pose a real risk, enabling Security and IT teams to focus their limited resources and remediate more efficiently. Cisco’s data science-driven prioritization evaluates both enterprise data and a wealth of data on real-world exploit activity and translates that context into actionable intelligence to guide remediation.

customer service is completely horrid - completely unresponsive

**Recommendations to others considering Cisco Vulnerability Management (formerly Kenna.VM):**

One should consider the level of customer support for SaS such as Kenna - if you can't see what is behind the website, it makes troubleshooting on your own very difficult.

**What problems is Cisco Vulnerability Management (formerly Kenna.VM) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

vulnerability prioritization - this is usful to keep operations teams moving forward to progress the VM program

**Official Response from Stacy Mezzetta De Cossio:**

> Dear Kenna Customer. I noted that last year you expressed in a review of Kenna https://www.g2.com/products/kenna-security/reviews/kenna-security-review-4776530
that customer support was not satisfactory. I wanted to understand if your experience over the last 12 months has improved. If so, I'd like to ask if you would consider writing another review indicating improvement. If not, would you be open to sharing your name and email particulars to see if we can help address your issues?
