Cisco Secure Network Analytics is a tool to monitor your network traffic, analysis of threats and reports any voilations or vulnerability of network systems. This helps us to enhance our security and alerts us to respond to that threat, making us invulnerable to malicious attacks. It holds all types of security events and records all kinds of violations that are breached. The tool is easy to integrate and implement. I couldn't find any disadvantages of using Cisco Secure Network Analytics. But at initial stage of using the tool, you have to get used to its user interface. It analyses our network, monitors the network traffic and also keeps an eye on any malicious activities. It also prevents us from going into malicious websites and reports us for any threats involved. When connected to a public network, the tool automatically reports for vulnerability and secures us by monitoring the network packets. Mostly I like public cloud monitoring, Dynamic entity modelling, threat detection, threat intelligence, response management, limited policy violation, limited custom Security Events, limited Alarm/Alert Customisation. Cisco Stealthwatch drastically enhance threat defence by providing network visibility and security analytics. It helps us know every hosts, record every conversation understand what is normal, then it alerts you to change and then enables you to respond to threat quickly.
