This is a great solution if you have a large number of sites. The zero touch deployment has the potential to save a ton of time and technical resources. The ability to create policies for bandwidth control is priceless. Tech support was awesome and helped with questions along the way during the install. They provided an amazing value add. It was very helpful having a familiar interface that I already knew and understood. Familiar CLI with feature parity that I was used to. Troubleshooting was fairly easy. Network monitoring is greatly improved without having to purchase 3rd party applications to see how the network is performing. It is easy to push daily tasks down to a lower level engineer, thus freeing up time for the senior engineers to work on more complicated tasks. **What do you dislike about Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN?** They need a better method for organizing policies. It can be difficult to find the policies that are needed. Different vendors/ISPs have different rules and treatment of data. And so on. The biggest dislike has to do with troubleshooting - going from CLI to GUIs and automation isn't the easiest unless you get other automation products. You have the necessity the license on yearly basis **What problems is Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN solving and how is that benefiting you?** Decrease ISP invoice cost. No need of very technical staff to operate and manage the network. It provides deep visibility of what is happening in the wan connection. ### 50.
