cisco packet tracer is one of the best network design application. it provides feature of live network simulation and how your network is efficient. The best thing is that we can design our own PC with self defined IP address and MAC address. And can send e-mail to the connected PC in our network design. Easily can used for virtual lab. Cisco Packet Tracer is a very unique application as it ables the students to perform the IOT experiments by just connecting all the components with the wires. I had used Cisco packet tracer couple of years back.Part of our networking lab curriculum ,we had to do network simulations on pack tracer software. This software is very user friendly for someone whose just getting their hands on experience on networking world.I would highly recommend this piece of beauty to anyone. Disadvantage:

1)it may cause the loops by affecting the STP.

2) It don’t support the ether channel regarding the access layer switches.
