The office 365 automatic URL / IP address updates is a nice touch. The URL categories are fairly accurate and we have not run into many issues where they blocked legitimate traffic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Cisco IronPort? Creating certificates to play "man-in-the-middle" to intercept the web traffic for SSL decryption. The appliance does not support automated configuration backups. Backups must use some form of BASH script. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Cisco IronPort: I believe the product is outdated and not inline with other industry partners. We are hoping for an increase in features in the near future. As with most corporate entities, we are required to track our overall user web browsing usage.
