**What do you like best about Cisco Security Hardware?**

Being able to work from home. I don't like this product but in order to work from home I had to use it

**What do you dislike about Cisco Security Hardware?**

Everything... It will find any issue as a reason to close out and you have to restart and relog back into all your work programs. It needs alot of updates in order to run proficiencently in my opinion.

**What problems is Cisco Security Hardware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Security for the company when at home advisors are using their personal computer. Prevents any malicious systems trying to take info from work files .

Ruggedized and resilient systems that support MFG

**What do you dislike about Cisco Security Hardware?**

Cost is a major consideration.  Business what industrial systems but want a commodities cost. 

**What problems is Cisco Security Hardware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed the systems to support the specific needs of the business.
