What I like most about Circula is how intuitive and easy it is to use — especially compared to traditional expense management systems I've worked with before. I simply scanned my receipt that I got from the hotel and put in the dates of my trip and that was pretty much it. Everything else was done "automatically". Since you choose between a list of expenses, it is time consuming for you, also the amount of miles/kilometers you drove are calculated automatically by typing in your start address and destination.
