I can record all my expenses on the run and be done with it...it's super simple, it's intuitive, you can do it all via App or additionally via Browser App...what can I say....if I could wish for an App, this is what I would want to have.

My favourite feature is, that I can upload pdfs from my phone into the App (like airdrop) or send pdfs to an Email address. Either you allocate it to a journey right away or later....

Hard to think of anything....if there is any criticism at all then I'd say you have to run through a set of process steps whilst adding an expense. As all steps are prefilled anyhow, they could be all listed and confirmed or adapted in a single overview step, which would reduce clicking even further.

I find it confusing, that each expense has a title/reason as well as an allocation to a journey. So if you travel to a workshop and your journey is called workshop, the title/reason for the travel expense has to be stated anyway...so you name it "workshop" as well, like the journey. As someone who also manages the approvals for travel expenses, I find the operation incredibly fast and easy, which saves me a lot of time.
