Ola is a great onboarding manager, responds fast in multiple languages. The dashboards are intuitive and easy to use. I use Circula at least once a week. Some of my suggestions for improvement have already been picked up and are visible. Lines from support to software developers to business developers are very short, not a lot of red tape to go through. There are still some improvements to do to make the app more efficient, for example if the manager and controller roles are fulfilled by the same person, have them approve expenses in one time. **What do you dislike about Circula?** The Twinfield integration only works if you use the standard ledgers and other settings of Twinfield, otherwise it needs customization from the Circula side. Still waiting on the ticket to be handled by a developer for over 4 months. In the meantime I'm exporting and entering data manually, not a big deal. **What problems is Circula solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking credit card expenses, which expenses are initiated by whom, uploading proof of expenses a few moments after they occur instead of a month after they occur, putting the responsibility of providing documentation on expenses with the party that initiated the expense. ### 29.
