CircuitHQ is a job management and certificate app for UK electricians, electrical contractors and solar PV installers. It's built by a working electrician in Spalding, Lincolnshire. On site, you can produce EICR, EIC, Minor Works, PV test, PV commissioning and PAT certificates as PDFs on your phone. They use the familiar BS 7671 layout, updated for BS 7671:2018+A4:2026. Take a photo of the consumer unit and AI fills in the empty circuit fields. Every AI value is marked amber so you can check it before you issue. A built-in check spots missing or inconsistent entries. For PAT testing, AI reads the tester's display, or you can import the tester's CSV export file. In the office, each job keeps its quotes, invoices, costs, timesheets, purchase orders and supplier bills together. Bills are read from supplier invoice PDFs, up to 25 at a time, for you to review. The scheduler, job map and two reports (sales by month and money owed by customer) help you keep on top of the work. For solar installers, there's a guided 13-stage MCS PV workflow with a RECC contract, in-app reminders and QMS registers. CircuitHQ also prepares G98, G99 and G100 DNO paperwork for you to check and submit yourself, and tracks each application. The phone app installs from your browser and works on poor signal.
