I wouldn’t say there is anything we dislike about Circuit Tours, as they are continuing to make upgrades based on user feedback. In the beginning, it does require a lot of time to plan the tour, take photos and do the write-ups. There is a lot of support and helpful videos and blogs to help with these processes. I liked Circuit's customer service. I uploaded all content, including copy and images, to the CMS, and asked Anny a ton of questions! She would always respond in a patient, friendly, and prompt manner, often including a blog post about the topic in her answer. Circuit is an information station. I like how user-friendly the CMS is and how the tour is fully customizable to meet the needs of our department. We have been able to seamlessly integrate the tour and platform into our processes, online and in-person events, and communications, allowing us to reach more end-users and better connect with prospective students.
