I have spent the past 6-9 months working with circuit. I was new to using CMS Systems, and quite hesitant. Turns out, I didn’t need to be! Circuit is INCREDIBLY user-friendly. Working with a small team, I was responsible for the build (adding copy, hotspots, or 2D images, adding branding, adding CTA's, ordering the tour, etc.) The training session and how-to articles were helpful… but most impressive was their team.

Their customer service leads are accommodating, personal, and a big help in moving the project forward. Their team was willing to work as fast or slow as we were when it came to launching and integrating the product. And our lead was always available for quick 10-minute calls if we had quick questions.

I can see how Circuit could easily be adaptable to real estate, automotive industry, tourism resorts or conference/event spaces, etc. and we are proud to support this Canadian company!

Choosing a university is a big and difficult decision. The Circuit virtual tour is an immersive, interactive, and an overall great resource for prospective students who want to explore our campus in depth or are unable to travel to campus. I love the ability to create multiple tours that live in one space for prospective students, parents and supporters to view and learn all about the UofGH campus! There were no downsides or anything we disliked about using Circuit. It took longer than we realized to map out what we wanted to be in the scene, move things around and complete the actual building process but Circuit was a big help! There are a lot of things to like about Circuit Virtual Tours. As the member of our team who was tasked with researching all of the different virtual tour software options, I found myself comparing everyone to Circuit, and no one quite lived up to it. For us, the customer service, tour analytics, and ease of making updates to the system are what set it apart from other software.

From my perspective, they've thought about the little details in the design, from the user interface to features, and they checked every wish list item we had. For example, we only considered offering our tour in different languages once Circuit shared that it was a feature option.

Lastly, I think it's important to mention that setting up this software from the ground up was very easy, although a lot of work. I was able to set up multiple tours on my own, with very little assistance required from their team. When I did have questions, their team was very quick to answer them. Although there are very few downsides, one major one is the cost. You are paying a premium, so if you are a not-for-profit like us, it can be a tough sell to get those who make money decisions to invest in this software.
