The weekly check-ins were especially helpful for keeping us on track throughout the process. It made implementation seamless. Thanks to the production team, the final tour looks fantastic. After the visuals were in, it was easy to organize them within the CMS, input the copy, and other features like hotspots. I also like that Circuit makes our virtual tour easy to maintain. My organization's previous virtual tour was created, but never updated, but the Circuit platform allows for easy and quick updates/changes. I also like that there are multiple features within the Circuit platform that help keep the virtual tour current. The timed calls to action make it possible for our Admissions team to highlight upcoming visit events for prospective students to attend. From day 1, the Production days with their photographers on campus, to online check-ins with the team, to the user friendly CMS, it has been very straight forward & easy to implement . The Customer Service/Support Team is TOP-NOTCH! The Training Sessions have been invaluable and when I needed to refer to any help videos off hours, they were great. Once you get into the rythm of building out your scenes the sky's the limit on what content you can share. This allowed for me to showcase not only our various Spaces on campus but to highlight our Student Experience and Campus Traditions. It allows for tour personalization as well as the freedem and ability to update our content as often as we need. It provides such an impactful way to tell the story of being a Johnny! In addition, the Map feature has made for an easier visit experience, as we're able to provide directional links to our Visitors in our Registration Confirmation emails. This has spread beyond our Welcome Center and Events as our First Year Students are finding the map invaluable as well. The Self Guided Option has made for an easy to follow experience when we're unable to personally welcome students to campus. If your a SLATE institution, rest assured that this product has assimilated well with our system and we're able to track activity in a multitude of ways through the extensive Circuit Analytics Dashboard as well as in SLATE itself. The development team is incredibly receptive to suggested updates and I've actually seen topics I've brought to them benefit all users of the product. They are incredibly quick to address any bugs and are consistent in including their customers in focus groups to help shape the future updates of the product. As the member of our team who was tasked with researching all of the different virtual tour software options, I found myself comparing everyone to Circuit, and no one quite lived up to it. For us, the customer service, tour analytics, and ease of making updates to the system are what set it apart from other software. From my perspective, they've thought about the little details in the design, from the user interface to features, and they checked every wish list item we had. For example, we only considered offering our tour in different languages once Circuit shared that it was a feature option. Lastly, I think it's important to mention that setting up this software from the ground up was very easy, although a lot of work. I was able to set up multiple tours on my own, with very little assistance required from their team. When I did have questions, their team was very quick to answer them. Quick, as in I always received a same-day response. **What do you dislike about Circuit Virtual Tours?** Although there are very few downsides, one major one is the cost. You are paying a premium, so if you are a not-for-profit like us, it can be a tough sell to get those who make money decisions to invest in this software. The other downside for us would be that there isn't an offline version of the tour, so if you use this product while travelling, you will need an internet connection. **What problems is Circuit Virtual Tours solving and how is that benefiting you?** We know that there are a lot of "stealth applicants" today. To our team, these are families who never speak to a member of our admissions team but rather research our school online. Some will never step onto our campus but will look at photos and make a judgment call on whether or not the school is for them. With a product like Circuit, we're giving our stealth applicants an authentic look at our campus to (hopefully) bring in even more applications. Before Circuit, we had a ten-year-old virtual tour that we could only update with that company designing a new tour. With Circuit, I can edit and publish them to the live site within moments. I can add new photos or change the order in which the stops on the tour appear. This was a significant factor when looking to move away from the virtual tour that we had before. ### 44.
