What do you like best about Spoke Dispatch?

The support is awesome, we love the ui and snapiness of the web tool and the mobile apps. They listen to feature requests. It's easy to integrate with the help of Zapier to Salesforce, Google Sheets and the likes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spoke Dispatch?

Nothing. We would love to have phone number masking (so customers see our company phone # when our drivers call them) but we'll solve that another way. Extra custom fields would be cool, coming soon we hope, and the ability to exclude matching of certain specific addresses with specific drivers (not easy, we know). What problems is Spoke Dispatch solving and how is that benefiting you?

It manages our meal route planning operations. We manage our data in Salesforce and were looking for a native solution, which doesn't exist. Circuit for teams is the next best thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
