**What do you like best about Helio?**

I like the way it operates,but e-transfers and paypal need to be incorporated for secure payments,I do not do credit card pay on the internet and I know alot of people that feel this way also,otherwise keep up the great work.

**What do you dislike about Helio?**

Like any startup, CircleUp's products and services have changed a few times. This resulted in teams having to change priorities and employees having to adjust roles. My perspective is that this is amazing opportunity for employees to keep growing and learning on the job. But if you are looking for a role set in its way with little opportunity to change, CircleUp isn't your place.

**What problems is Helio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve been able to donate to causes for friends that have really needed help. My friend needed money for his cancer expenses - donating to the cause was easy and overall a great platform to help out so many people.

**What do you like best about Helio?**

I like that CircleUp has worked with key players in the consumer industry and that gives them credibility.

**What do you dislike about Helio?**

I need to spend more time working with the company to get the full picture of how they are working with some of these consumer companies.  That will help narrow future usage to the best opportunities.

**What problems is Helio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work with consumer products companies and it is always helpful knowing what companies are being recognized and funded by the industry.
