Internet mobile can't go wrong! A pure delight to work with! The services are clearly explained and very cost-effective. I would recommend them to any progressive business. Well done! **What do you dislike about CircleLoop?** I would like to see new features, such as a ready-made mp3 IVR sounds to add to a menu.. a bit like switchboard frees Vodafone Janice prompts.. id love this on circle loop **What problems is CircleLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** the PAYG £5 plan is a golden gem for small businesses on the go.. it just needs tweaking.. I would also say that you maybe need to rethink the Circleloop colors, the whole orange doesn't really fit with modern times colour branding.. ### 3. It takes very little time for users to understand how to use CircleLoop it's so intuitive. **What do you dislike about CircleLoop?** Routing and IVRs can be complicated, especially when using mirrored numbers. **What problems is CircleLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** CircleLoop solved the considerable issue of all calls going to physical phones in the office during COVID when everyone was working from home; since then, it's played a vital role in day-to-day communications. ### 4. You will be impressed how straightforward it is to implement and use. Your team will have very little issues using it and you are likely to save money over your current solution if not already on VoIP. **What do you dislike about CircleLoop?** Some of the features have been found to be a bit "buggy". Sometimes when transferring calls or calls ringing it seems to lag a bit. When creating a ticket with their support you may have to hunt down your answer from them. **Recommendations to others considering CircleLoop:** I would certainly at least check into it. It is a solid solution I could definitely see working for businesses from 10-250 employee count. **What problems is CircleLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was able to save us money looking to Voip. It offers all the needed features including reporting and call reporting that was crucial in making up our mind on a new solution. ### 5. Download the app for mobile or desktop, setup my numbers and I'm up and running. Add to that the ability to toggle call recordings and view call analytics on both mobile and desktop is a huge bonus. I also like that the support team at CircleLoop is top notch, they are always super helpful and get back to me quickly to resolve any issues I might have. **What do you dislike about CircleLoop?** At the moment, there aren't a great number of downsides for me personally. One small nitpick when I first started using CircleLoop was the lack of clarity around future features. Fortunately, The team has now remedied this by having a website with the CircleLoop roadmap clearly visible to users. This helps me not only request features that I would like to see, but also understand other features that I might not have considered myself. **Recommendations to others considering CircleLoop:** Best bit of advice I could give is to try it out. The trial of CircleLoop gives you everything you need to get a thorough understanding of what it does. **What problems is CircleLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main benefits for me are not having to maintain costly desk phones. Second to this I have the ability to add new users to the system quickly and easily by having them download the app to their personal phones, thus saving me the expense of another phone contract. Over time, this has been a huge cost benefit for me, compared to having to use desk phones and the like. ### 7. Easy to use. However since moving to circleloop it's allowed me to wear a headset and simply click numbers to call. **What do you dislike about CircleLoop?** It can be a bit temperamental and log me out often. Since the latest update this has improved though. **Recommendations to others considering CircleLoop:** Get a good quality headset to go with it and you'll notice productivity increase in your daily routines. **What problems is CircleLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Productivity is the main one. As mentioned earlier, it saves so much time and I like the fact I can technically work from home and login if I wish. ### 9.
