Circleboom claims to offer a wide range of account management features, specifically for Twitter accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Circleboom advertises a "Find Fake Remover" feature all over their website that is supposed to allow you to find fake followers on your Twitter account AND remove them.

They have many pages on their website, along with blog posts and social media posts advertising this feature.

I paid for their "Pro" plan in order to unlock this feature. Upon paying, I realized that this feature doesn't actually exist.

Circleboom lets you see fake people you

are following, but NOT your followers as they advertise.

After learning about this, I immediately deactivated my subscription and closed my account.

I contacted Circleboom later that day and explained the situation. Karen from Circleboom responded 2 days later dogging question after question and blaming Twitter for the removal of this feature.

I have one question: If a feature doesn't exist anymore...why are you still advertising it on your website?
