Worst customer service. Impossible to talk to a human or open a support ticket. You are forced to use a chatbot with prewritten prompts and when you try to write your own message and click send, the message is rejected and does not go through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Circleback really helpful because it transcribes meetings automatically, so I don't need to worry about taking notes. It's also good at knowing what meetings I have coming up and automatically joins Teams or Zoom sessions, even if I'm not the organizer of the meeting. That feature is pretty nice and better than some of the other tools I've seen, like Microsoft's Copilot AI transcription. I also found the setup to be super easy.
