"Really simple setup, needs more customisation options"
5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

Genuine simplicity in setting it up. Support are great. Although they are still in development and are missing some key items, they are always refining how they deliver the service and it is by far the most well rounded application out there for monetising a community Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

Although it does have personalisation features, it seems limited sometimes. E.g when creating a post you can’t change the colour of the text. Or for some BASIC features you have to update to the 500usd tier/month - like filtering your analytics Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing All-in-One Tool for Engagement and Community Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

It’s amazing to have everything in one place. For me, it’s been the best tool for engagement and community management. I’ve been using it for three years now, and it just keeps improving month after month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

Not gonna lie: it’s pricier than other alternatives, and the top-tier plans with integrations, webhooks, or IA bots are pretty inaccessible for most people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly with Stellar Support but Needs Functionality Tweaks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

I use Circle for my community, Sketchnote School, and it provides one accessible space for members to connect and learn together. I love how user friendly it is. Their support is incredible, and they are always making improvements. The initial setup for my community was great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

Some of their functions are a bit wonky, like their member map for example. You can only access it one way. It's like they have really great features but they often don't work to the possible full effect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great integration of Online Community through Circle"
5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

Easy to understand - the platform is always growing and wants to receive feedback from their peers. Great support from their team if I have any questions about troubleshooting or how to expand my platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

The one time I attended a live Office Hours, it was disorganized and certain people got to ask multiple questions while others didn't get seen or supported in that window. Multiple Office Hours or better structure to contain each question to a certain time limit would be appreciated so one isn't waiting for 60 minutes and not receiving any support. "User-Friendly Platform Ideal for Onboarding"
5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

I use Circle for company knowledge learning, including tutorials, lessons, SOPs, and announcements. I appreciate how Circle simplifies new hires onboarding by providing all the necessary information in one place, which helps us save time. I love its ease of use and user-friendliness because things are easy to find, and the site's theme and layout are straightforward and attractive. The onboarding was easy, particularly because the admins set it up. It's great that everything works as it should and is predictable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

Nothing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing community builder with powerful features"
5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

It's really easy to use, it has loads of excellent features that I find really valuable for my specific use case, and even though it can seem a bit pricey at first to start with if you're doing a startup the cost is really great for what you get and it has monetization tools to let you make income with your community quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

There's nothing I really dislike about Circle, however I did find some tasks a little repetitive with setting up my community like having to manually set certain settings for each individual space instead of just being able to copy them into all of the spaces I want to at once. "Circle: A Powerful One-Stop Hub for Community Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

The applications and tools within circle make it extremely powerful to collaborate with your community. If you had a one stop place to share ideas, record roundtables, store resources, and so much more it would be Circle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

I wish for our "library" or resources space there was a way to further refine it into categories to make it more navigable for members. We keep adding to the repository and it is one of the spaces our members love most but it can be daunting searching through it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Complete, Intuitive Community Management That Empowers the Whole Team"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

What I like most about Circle is how complete it feels for community management. It has almost every feature I need as an admin, so I do not waste time hunting for workarounds or wondering if a basic capability exists. The tools are intuitive, and the platform is accessible enough that even non-technical team members can confidently use most features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

We had a serious issue where our Circle community link broke and stopped working, which impacted both our team and our members. Reliability of access links is critical for communities.

Also, when adding a recording to a lesson and creating timestamps, you currently have to scrub to the exact point in the video to add the timestamp. It would be much better to allow manual time entry (type minutes and seconds) or a mouse input field, so admins can add timestamps faster and more precisely.

Other than these, I do not have major dislikes. Overall, Circle works really well for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Constant Improvements and a Strong Community Platform"
4/5
What do you like best about Circle?

Circle is constantly making improvements. It's free to store a lot of data on my community and to send emails until a certain point which I still haven't hit. I believe Circle will be among the top because they are focused on delivering the best community platform and have been for years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

People aren't that interested in opening their Circle app but it's getting better. It just looks boring. I'm not sure what it is about the GUI but it looks boring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dynamic Platform That’s Easy to Tailor, With Great Info Channels and Pinning"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

I love how dynamic the platform is. We're able to tailor it to exactly what we need, like having multiple channels for dispersing information and pinning key info that our community needs to reference regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

It's not as intuitive to get started. It's very powerful, but hard to get a handle on the full use of it when you're getting started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
