4.5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

Ease of use, good support, innovation and mobile friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

I’d like to see the course area offer more robust features, such as additional question types, rationales for questions, and clearer feedback on questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Circle makes building a community and providing high quality courses fun and easy!"
5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

Circle has everything you need to create a professional, robust community. We love the course building features and the live event feature. Our members love how intuitive the entire platform is to navigate. When we first started, implementation was fast and simple! And a huge shoutout to the support team at Circle. They are so quick to reply and thorough in getting any questions answered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

I wish there was breakout room capability within the live event feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The only community app I would use"
5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

I have used a lot of app over the years, and Circle is by far the easiest to use. Both the web and mobile app are intuitive. You also get access to the Circle community where you can ask questions and use their AI chatbot to get the answer you need. This makes it very easy to learn about what you need to do, or gives you ideas on what you can do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

Waiting for the website builder... This will make it the app to beat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy All-in-One Hub for Community Discussions, Courses, and Live Events"
4/5
What do you like best about Circle?

I like that it's easy to have community discussions, courses, and live events in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

There are some features that are underdeveloped. For example, you can't bulk upload lessons to courses, you can't get admin notifications when someone completes a course, and you can't automatically award a certificate upon completion. I believe that Circle is improving over time and that these features will arrive eventually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Community Management with Customization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

I think the filters and customizations possible make Circle personalized and make it easy to track a certain group of people. The automations and workflows are also great and make work quicker. Filters make analyzing the audience easy, and automations and workflows make processes faster and improve the overall managing experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

I think one thing that could be improved is integrations with some other platforms, like easy connection between Circle and some other platforms so that data can be exported easily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Research-Driven Courses on Community Misinformation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

For me, as a researcher, building courses based on community misinformation is my favourite part of the circle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

It's very difficult to add games and mods that could bring a lot of excitement among community members. For example, we can have games and activities with the exception of webinars here, giving us extra work to use 3rd party platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

While there are a lot of useful aspects, it is somewhat expensive compared to other alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An amazing community platform to connect, communicate and collaborate"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

Flexibility to configure for unique requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

1) Having only 2 levels in the space hierarchy is very limiting - at least 4 levels would be desirable.

2) It only works natively with one payment provider. Would like the ability to configure paywalls with other payment providers for countries where Stripe is not available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Circle does it all."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

I love the clear layouts for both administrative and client usage and that it incorporates so many elements that I don't have to have one million separate subscriptions/platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

The place where I regularly find the functionality lacking is in terms of automation workflows. The fact I can't add or remove a user from a workflow manually is both annoying and surprising, given other platforms of a similar sophistication to Circle offer that capability. "Solid Platform for Events and Member Discussions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

It's an intuitive platform with several features that are helpful for connecting with members. I like that it has the ability to host events as well as have people participate in discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

Adding members feels like it shouldn't be as complicated, there are so many options to choose and since I don't have to break out my members into a lot of segments it's confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
