"Easy to Use, Powerful Tools for Building Community Engagement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

What I like best about Circle Community is how easy it is to use while still offering powerful tools to build engagement. The platform makes it simple to organize discussions, events, and content in one clean space, which creates a better experience for both admins and members.

I also appreciate how focused Circle is on customer success—the platform feels built around helping communities grow, with strong support resources and thoughtful features that encourage interaction and connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

What I dislike about Circle is that some advanced features and deeper customization options can feel limited unless you move to higher-tier plans, which may be challenging for smaller communities or growing teams. I’d also like to see more robust analytics and automation flexibility to make it even easier to scale engagement and track member behavior over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Product Builder and Clear UX That Boosts Community Engagement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

I love the easy build for products, the app it allows us to have, the engagement of our community has increased because of the clear simple UX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

I find it absolutely SHOCKING how poor the admin interface is. Workflows cannot be searched or filtered. It's outrageous. It forces us to minimize how much we build out in the back end. We are a high volume business and I think it's ridiculous there's no if/then logic in the workflows and then on top of that there's no folders or search for the workflows. Same with tags... I literally am speechless that this is not a core function and that after all this time you haven't added it in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Powerful Tool for Organized, Engaged Communities (Life Clubs)"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

What I like best about Circle is how customizable it is - it's easy to create dedicated spaces for different topics, and it keeps my community engaged with structured discussions and events. The user interface is clean, and the organization tools are top-notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

One thing I don’t like as much is that its mobile experience isn’t as smooth as the desktop version - it can feel a bit clunky on smaller screens. I’m hopeful they continue to improve mobile usability because the desktop features are really strong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing Community Platform with a Powerful Website Builder and Helpful Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

I like almost all of the features of Circle, especially the website builder and the community itself. Every time I run into a problem, it’s been very easy to reach out to their support group. For example, I once had an issue integrating my brand font, so I raised it with Circle support, and within a matter of months the website builder already had an option that let me choose my font. Overall, using Circle as a community manager has been amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

I’ve been using Circle for about six months now, and thankfully I haven’t run into anything disappointing so far. I’m genuinely grateful that I found this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Community Hub for Training, Coaching, and Events"
5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

I love that we can use it as a platform for community engagement, but we can also use it house our training videos, coaching calls, and even create workflows to remind our community members about events or even just to come back and login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

I think the only downside we have come across is that it is harder to get clients to login and engage when we moved from a Facebook group because it isn't an app that someone just sits down and scrolls anyway, they have to intentionally sit down and login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean Interface, Great Community Building Tool"
4/5
What do you like best about Circle?

I really appreciate how Circle is super clean and easy to use, which makes it perfect for building a real community. I like how everything lives in one place, making it much easier to organize resources and for members to find what they need. The interaction aspect is great—it's not just content; people actually engage and learn from each other. I think the ease of finding everything and the clean organization are big pluses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

I think it could improve its integrations with other tools like Slack or similar platforms, to make workflows more seamless and keep everything more connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It feels flexible—there’s always a way to find a solution that fits me."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

It feels flexible—there’s always a way to shape it to fit me. I work intuitively without a fixed product plan, and Circle still supports that. I love having everything in one place to engage with my people, without needing live calls. People can move at their own pace—self-study or join conversations. It gives me space to grow and adapt as my work evolves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

I miss a clear big-picture overview of how everything fits together. Learning through fragmented videos didn’t work well for me. It took me time to understand that I needed an external website as a funnel and for payments—which seems common, but wasn’t obvious at first. Also, since Circle is closed, it’s not discoverable through search, so you need to clearly guide people why to join. I figured it out over time, but it slowed me down. "Flexible, Customizable Hub That Keeps Our Community in One Place"
4/5
What do you like best about Circle?

Circle is a highly flexible, customizable platform. It’s been incredibly useful for our large community to have essentially everything in one place for community management—events, content, DMs, and gamification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

At times, we’ve had some growing pains with Circle. Given our need for customizations and, eventually, linking the data to our backend at a larger scale, the API calls felt a bit limited. Embedding was also sometimes challenging, and it could be difficult to embed Circle within our existing ecosystem. Even so, Circle has been quite accommodating and has helped us work through these issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Calm Community Hub That Brings Posts, Events, and Members Together"
5/5
What do you like best about Circle?

Circle makes it easy to build a genuine community in one simple, organized space. I love having posts, discussions, events, and members all together without distractions or algorithms. It feels intuitive, calm, and supportive, more like a gathering space than a social platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

As a creator, the initial learning curve around setup, navigation, and content organization can take time, especially when building a thoughtful member experience. It wasn't quite what I needed for my courses and have moved to Thrive Cart for most of those. Also, would love more than video in this area including easy PDF embedding and audio and not just video. "User-Friendly Networking Tool with Some Integration Needs"
4/5
What do you like best about Circle?

I like that Circle offers a pretty easy interface. Even though I'm an IT professional, I believe any layman could set it up and find it easy to navigate and use once in production. I also appreciate how the paywalls attached to access groups work nicely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle?

The fields that we are able to add are just dead text. We need to be able to add URLs that go somewhere. Phone numbers should be clickable so that smart devices can call those numbers, and email fields should pop up emails to the listed addresses. Circle is all about community and communications, so maybe a vCard-type link or QR code for each member would be good. The QR could include fields that the admins choose.
