  ### 3. Easy Workspace Organization with Separate Knowledge-Sharing Areas

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

I'm still pretty know to this one, so there is not so much I can tell at this point.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 5. Best-in-Class Community UX and a Branded App We Love

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

Circle's UX for community members is simply the best. While other platforms like Kajabi may seem better for online learning, users will interact a lot more on Circle because it's the best interface. We have a branded app through Circle and we love it. We closely considered Mighty Networks, but are very glad we went with Circle.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Lack of integrations. You have to rely on Zapier or Make heavily to connect your tech stack. It seems Circle is slowly moving towards being an all-in-one service, though. I'm just way to invested in our other platforms.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Circle has given us an engaging platform with endless possibilities for community-building.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

It looks good and it integrates multiple features that can make a community grow: live sessions, courses, etc.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Automations and programmatic systems are unreliable. Circle could be better in these aspects

Having all our learning products in one platform

  ### 11. Friendly, Social-Like UI—but Confusing Setup and Limited Community Manager Analytics

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

Easy and friendly user interface that resembles social media platforms like Facebook.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Not so easy management for community managers. It is not straightforward to get any meaningful statistics, such as filtering people who cancelled their membership, didn't pay, etc. I heard it all depends on how you configure the system from the beginning, but it's exactly that part that was so confusing.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a place for both the community and knowledge management.

it made starting a membership super easy, which provides more MRR.

  ### 13. Easy Community and Course Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

The way you can set up your Community and set up the courses.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

I dislike that after you watch videos, not in the course set up, like a content library type of video, you can't really mark if you watched a video or not. The app is also very slow.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Circle is helping us have everything in just one place for our coaching program... community, content library, courses, chats and groups.

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

The native integration between training content and community space — everything is in the same place.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

The search in course spaces lacks precision. It is sometimes difficult to quickly find a specific element in a large course.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unify, transmit, and federate.

  ### 16. Constant Updates and Powerful Community Customization

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

Their continued effort for growth and genuine aim to deliver valuable community. That Circle included landing pages was a big plus for me this last year.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

The price increase for hosting more videos inside my community was unexpected and not too nice. I was hoping with the already pricey subscription compared to Skool, I wouldn't also have to worry about video hosting fees.

My community and content library isn't massive either, so I'm surprised I've already hit Circle's limit that's included in the monthly pay.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Circle is helping me get to a regular monthly payroll, where previously individual online course launches led to the tedious promotion-sale-cycle.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Circle?**

Circle is an excellent site for creating and maintaining a community. It is feature rich and allows for any number of styles of gathering an group of people together. I love that it avoids advertising on pages, and that I don't have to deal with other social media.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

The sign up/website creation tools are not great. I wouldn't expect them to be as I imagine the work is significant to make them work well. But in attempting to transition my newsletter subscribers from Kit to Circle, I didn't like the loss of features and the aesthetics of the signup pages..

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a solid site for creating and maintaining a community around a course.

  ### 34. Great for building community, but sorely lacking for boosting sales

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pilar B. | Founder and Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Circle?**

The community aspect is great; the ability to create different forums, paywall them, and communicate via private messages is great. The platform is generally easy to use and things are easy to find. Megan, my new success manager, is really on the ball - she's well organized and effective in her followthrough.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

My main issues are:
1. Lack of attractive and dynamic landing pages (lockscreens).

2. Useless automations in terms of employing them for sales, because they don't have if/then functions or the ability of pulling a customer out of a sales automation once they purchase a product

3. The affiliate links are useless if they go directly to checkout, because my affiliates need to be able to direct to a sales page that has their affiliate link - but without me having to make a different sales page for every affiliate. I have lost thousands in affiliate sales because of how clunky this system is.

4. "Priority" support is slow - it often takes more than 24 hours to get a reply, and when they do reply, it's often with a generic answer.

5. I can't schedule a new price on a paywall to go live on a particular day.

6. There are no if/then functions for coupon codes, so I have to hide them behind paywalled spaces. It would be great if there were if/then functions like "If this user has XYZ subscription, then they can use the discount code."

I was also frustrated because when I first switched to Circle, I was told that they would migrate my courses. I told the sales person what platform I was using (Simplero) and he didn't tell me that it wasn't compatible. But then after I paid for a whole year, the migration team tells me that I have to migrate everything (about a dozen long courses) manually. UNACCEPTABLE.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's bringing my community together outside of Facebook, and it's helping me build new community. That helps me by having a more captive audience and being able to reach them directly with promotions and expertise.

  ### 39. Great for Fast Community Launches, but RTL Language Support Needs Work

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sreeju N. | Chief eSolution Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

It is a good community platform, that can launch communities quickly and engage them

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Language support... basically it does not have proper right to left support

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building and engaging communities

**Official Response from Chintan Patel:**

> Hi Sreeju,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Circle. We’re glad to hear that Circle has helped you launch a community quickly and create a dedicated space for your members.

We also appreciate your feedback on right-to-left language support. We understand how important this is for communities serving RTL-language audiences, and your input is helpful as we continue to improve the experience for more global and multilingual communities.

Thanks again for sharing this feedback and for building your community with Circle.

  ### 40. Great experience!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

I like that it is an all in one platform, has a community space for support, and it is easy to navigate

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

I think some workflows should be apart of all plans. The paid plans can be a bit confusing.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I see how they are taking feedback and applying it to new updates.

  ### 41. Circle Isn't Just Next Level, It's ALL the Next Levels

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Becky B. | Online Community Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Circle?**

The short answer is: Everything. Seriously.

I've encountered (and endured) many facets of online community platforms: Building out, managing, and administering for small, mid-sized, and large companies; domestic, international, and global.

Circle feels like it hooked up a direct conduit to the wishlist in my brain and delivered each item on it back with one of the most awesome community platform solutions I've experienced yet.

Implementation is a mere click or two. If you need it, support is very responsive. And then you have this entire playground to design for your audience. The hard part is tearing yourself away!

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

I have not encountered anything yet that I dislike.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a robust, useful, intuitive, and friendly community add-on to our existing website.

Prior to Circle, we were lacking in all of the above. Now we have a solution that is easy to use, is expansive and flexible, and delivers what we've been sorely needing, from a suite of notification options to dedicated conversation spaces, a really cool course-building tool, and privacy features that help make members feel at home.

And, as an administrator/manager of the community, I can build, remove, and rebuild features instantly with no stress or fuss. Our community can grow as our members grow into it. It's awesome!

  ### 42. Makes Building a Global Community Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

It allows us to bring together a global community with ease to share information and ideas.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

I'd still like to see a native option for course certificates.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allowing us to securely share information with our global client base as well has have a specific area only for our consultants. It allows us to use one platform instead of 3.

  ### 43. Easy Workflow Creation and Automated Engagement That Delivers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

I love how easy it is to create workflows and automated engagement pieces.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

I think it could only get more robust in terms of what is possible with their gamification and workflow options, so I would love to see more growth there.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like how easy it makes connecting with our users in a more casual and fun setting.

  ### 44. Intuitive Setup, Perfect for Community Building

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dawn M. S. | Principal Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Circle?**

I like the layout of Circle and how each new idea can become its own thread, which helps me see what is relevant. Another membership platform I'm in has scrolling text messages that make it confusing to determine what's important. It's a big plus that Circle is super intuitive. I managed to get my community up and running, with administrators added, in just a few minutes.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Nothing to note at this time.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Circle allows educational spaces, live meetings, ongoing and personal chat, and message boards by topic, solving communication and organization challenges.

  ### 45. Easy to Use and Reliable, with Lives, Courses, and Custom Spaces

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

Easy to use, and reliable. I appreciate the lives option, the courses, and the option to create specific spaces.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

For now we cannot use an internal payment platform. For us in Morocco, our members and potential ones need to activate international payments. This is a situation that prevents many of our members from joining,

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Circle is helping us provide courses and lives.

  ### 46. Great community experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

Great for hosting conversations, events, and content

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Search is not intuitive, and there should be more options for embedding AI

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My industry has never had an online community until now.

  ### 47. Easy Audience Communications, but User Management Needs Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

the ease of publishing communications to the audience.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

User management can be challenging, would be good if there was an integrated sign up portal.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralises all our customer resources, makes it easy for customers to find everything they require. We reduced the number of service requests for access and asking for information, as we were able to

  ### 48. Fully Integrated Courses and Forum for Better Interactions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David W. | CEO, Music, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

My favorite part is how it’s fully integrates courses and forum. Interactions.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Sometimes the tool feels a little too closed when it comes to implementing new side of the box features.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, I hosted my courses and community on different platforms, and it was really difficult to manage and use for students. I love them all in one!

  ### 49. High-quality platform, continually improving at a rapid pace

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Circle?**

It's a high quality platform that has a phenomenal rate of releasing updates.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

These are only small things in what is already an outstanding product, but their payment pages are currently less developed than we would like them to be.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us run two thriving communities – and make the process easy and professional for our users.

  ### 50. Ultimate Platform for Building My Trading Community

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gary S. | Founder and Trading Mentor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Circle?**

What i love most about is how seamlessly it combines community, content and communication in one place. Circle makes it effortless to organize my educational content, share trade insights and interact with my community all in one clean and distraction free space.

**What do you dislike about Circle?**

Honestly, there's not much to dislike, but if i had to pic one thing then it is the performance of inbuilt video chat feature. The video quality is not as good as other providers.

**What problems is Circle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As someone running a stock trading education business, I needed a platform where I could host my community, deliver educational content and communicate directly with members all in one place. Circle has solved that perfectly.
