The outreach and resume database outreach is not the greatest. Have reached out to varied outreach organizations and have not received any response to date.

I like that our jobs automatically get posted to various community organizations (Vets, underrepresented groups, Women). We are a small team and posting to various diverse sites can be time-consuming. With circa's platform, they take our positions that are on our webpage and then send these roles out to these diverse groups. We've had some candidates who made it through the screening round. Circa also provides us with contact info for diverse organizations and we can easily do reachouts. For compliance purposes, the reachouts are recorded in their platform which makes it easy for us to reference when we need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't any integration with greenhouse and the platform isn't as intuitive as I'd like it to be. It took me awhile to use certain features but even then I have issues from time to time.
