Some of the functionality in Circa is not ideal. For example, you must enter "maximum years of experience" for your job postings. I wish that field were optional, as most positions don't have a maximum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The search function is a bit cumbersome. There are so many ways to mess up how I am looking thru different organization's pages, but only one way to get it right.
