The expansive diversity network is the primary attraction to the system. It's also helpful to see the change log for any job postings that are made, revised, and reposted. Direct outreach to candidates from the system is also helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting is the most difficult to use. It's laborious, not user-friendly (particularly when you're trying to review candidate demographics).

There are no time-to-fill metrics available, so when you use this as your ATS, you cannot get these important metrics.

It also doesn't feed into the HRIS system, so again, if you use this as your ATS, you have to duplicate efforts by manually entering the hired candidates into your HRIS for onboarding and orientation.

It would also be helpful if there was an automatic tracking method for anyone who reviews or takes action on a candidate. We find that if hiring teams are not actively dispositioning candidates, there is no way to know who reached out or even looked at a candidate last. This type of tracking has been available in other systems like Arcoro.

Extremely slow to help you with any questions or problems. Months into using circa and asking questions, we would learn something new about the platform that we were not told before. IE We were not told about Boosting Jobs until months later. It then took over a month for them to boost any of our jobs. By that time, the job was filled, so then we would have to wait another week for our AM to respond with our concerns. The reporting would show we had double-digit applicants for the month, but we would only see 3 or 4 in our ATS. Our account manager at first said it was because of us, but months later said there may be a tech issue on their end. When I finally canceled our subscription, we got the most amount of applicants we had seen from Circa. February, we received 12 candidates. November, December, and January, we received 11 total.

Circa is a user friendly platform that integrates with our ATS. Circa provides many insights as to where our candidates are coming from and reaches populations that we previously could not reach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I dislike about Circa is that it's on you to make the connections with different organizations. It would be nice if someone could introduce you to organizations you are interested in partnering with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Down side is it's a little confusing. The ABI isn't as robust as I'd hope for, we barely knew how to log into it, let alone know how to use it. Some direction around that would be great moving forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think if I could give one area of opportunity, it would be around customer support. Would be great if Circa reached out to their customers on a regular basis to discuss the tool, updates, trends and overall usage to ensure their clients are getting the most out of the product. A lot of organizations are services that don't provide career training or no longer offer it. Contact information presented often isn't up to date. There isn't a clean way to see a list of what organizations have been contact and when. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being a virtual first organization, we are only able to access specialty environments in the states where we have offices as each state requires special set up and there are fees associated with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
