The UI is outdated and is less appealing to use. The options to make posts more aesthetically pleasing are also limited. Part of our mission is to stand out from the crowd. We are obviously in a staffing crisis, and it's nice to have another option/platform other than indeed to attract applicants. Milwaukee Jobs users are obviously expanding their horizons, which means they actually want to work. It also benefits us to have applications and resumes go right to the hiring manager's email inbox in plain text. They are more likely to engage than if they have to log in to view candidates.
