Circa has partnered with a lot of diversity-focused job boards and state organizations so you are able to seamlessly get our jobs on all these platforms when we open a new job on our website. Right now Circa does not integrate with our Applicant Tracking System so there is minimal upkeep of two different platforms. Even so, its not a huge lift to maintain both.
