Have reached out to varied outreach organizations and have not received any response to date. With the resume database, I downloaded contact info, and out of 30 candidates, 20 emails came back undeliverable. **What problems is Mitratech Circa solving and how is that benefiting you?** We signed on for the outreach and resume searches but have not been totally impressed yet. ### 2. We are a small team and posting to various diverse sites can be time-consuming. With circa's platform, they take our positions that are on our webpage and then send these roles out to these diverse groups. We've had some candidates who made it through the screening round. Circa also provides us with contact info for diverse organizations and we can easily do reachouts. For compliance purposes, the reachouts are recorded in their platform which makes it easy for us to reference when we need to. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** There isn't any integration with greenhouse and the platform isn't as intuitive as I'd like it to be. It took me awhile to use certain features but even then I have issues from time to time. I also don't like their resume database. The search criteria is cumbersome and I typically don't get good matches. **Recommendations to others considering Mitratech Circa:** Circa is a cost effective diversity recruiting solution. I think the pricing is fair and for diversity recruiting purposes, it's a platform worth trying out. **What problems is Mitratech Circa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Diversity outreach and compliance.
