I'd like to be able to keep notes that help me track outreach beyond the standard-for example posting with colleges and universities--Handshake, Symplicity, College Central Network--or to document in person or mailed paper copies of postings to facilities such as Veteran clinics, etc. **What problems is Mitratech Circa solving and how is that benefiting you?** provides a list of state job source offices for documentation of that requirement ### 3. We are a small team and posting to various diverse sites can be time-consuming. With circa's platform, they take our positions that are on our webpage and then send these roles out to these diverse groups. We've had some candidates who made it through the screening round. Circa also provides us with contact info for diverse organizations and we can easily do reachouts. For compliance purposes, the reachouts are recorded in their platform which makes it easy for us to reference when we need to. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** There isn't any integration with greenhouse and the platform isn't as intuitive as I'd like it to be. It took me awhile to use certain features but even then I have issues from time to time. I also don't like their resume database. The search criteria is cumbersome and I typically don't get good matches. **Recommendations to others considering Mitratech Circa:** Circa is a cost effective diversity recruiting solution. I think the pricing is fair and for diversity recruiting purposes, it's a platform worth trying out. **What problems is Mitratech Circa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Diversity outreach and compliance. There are many search filters to use to help filter through different areas or different lines of work. I also like that there is an Applicant Tracking System within the platform, which can be used for searching for candidates. It's a great concept. Circa also has people available to answer questions as needed if you need assistance with anything pertaining to the website. There are even videos that you can watch that help to understand the platform. I also like that while doing outreaches, information for the organization and the people connected to the organization are readily available to see. It makes outreach more simple as you can see exactly who you are messaging. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** The platform is semi-outdated, and the applicants in the system are usually 5+ years old. Having new, updated candidates within the platform would be more useful to reach out to more candidates. It isn't very fruitful to reach out to candidates who submitted their resumes 5 years ago because chances are they are looking for a different salary range or a different position altogether. The website could also be updated to become more modernized as well to compare to other diversity programs out there. Although it can be user-friendly at times, sometimes it is difficult to find something on the website. It can also at times prove to be confusing since it is so outdated. I also dislike that when doing diversity outreaches to organizations, I can't reach out to multiple people from different pages at the same time. Every time I go to a new page, I have to send those already selected an email and then I have to go to the next page and send more emails. **What problems is Mitratech Circa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Circa is attempting to become more user-friendly and up-to-date with other platforms which is beneficial. The site becoming more modernized would greatly help with the interface as a whole. I also like that Circa makes videos that help and assist with needs within the website. I also like that circa make videos that help with the website and answer questions we have. These are very beneficial as I can watch them in real-time to see how to do something within the website. ### 5. This saves us significant time. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** VEVRAA compliance communications can be difficult and expensive for states where you only have one or two openings. In our case, we have sales positions throughout the US and it is cumbersome (and expensive) to ensure that the required communications are sent through this tool. **What problems is Mitratech Circa solving and how is that benefiting you?** We started working with Circa to manage cumbersome government requirements for federal subcontractors, but appear to have received the added benefit of getting some applications we would not otherwise have received. ### 10. It seems like this is not maintained by CIRCA and therefore can sometimes be a waste of time. **What problems is Mitratech Circa solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to diversify our applicant pool. We have seen a slight uptick in diverse candidates but not enough. Resumes and historical information is saved, making it relatively easy to recover and repost a job. The option to have your company featured is a valuable way to get more attention to your organization. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** The cost is high for a low number of respondents and candidates that fit the requirements for a job. Applicants are typically not qualified yet require review by recruiters. For our organization the ratio of candidates to submissions is very low and the placement rate is even lower. This may not be entirely the issue with Circa as job boards, in general, seem to have this issue. **What problems is Mitratech Circa solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a staffing organization, we're try to find candidates that are hired by our clients. Good training as well and all the folks involved have been very friendly. As for the product and results themselves, the jury is still out. Many fine products and pieces to the puzzle but so far the results have not been there. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** So far it has been the results. No response to job posts, some technical glitches with the product, and some training that was more like a sales pitch.
