Ciphrix helped us achieve ISO 27001 certification with automated compliance scanning across our AWS, GCP, and GitHub environments. The platform consolidates cloud security checks into a single dashboard, which makes it easy to track compliance posture across multiple providers. The weekly compliance checkpoint meetings with the Ciphrix team were valuable — they provided hands-on guidance through the certification process, from Stage-2 audit prep through to closing non-conformities. The team is accessible and genuinely engaged with customer feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Ciphrix? Feature requests have taken a very long time to materialise. We requested exception management, weekly compliance reports, and the ability to temporarily disable checks starting in August 2025, and these were still not delivered by March 2026. Automated scanning silently broke for nearly two months without anyone noticing — we had to discover it ourselves. There have been various bugs including React crashes, state saving issues, and disabled checks still running as if enabled. Early on, private keys were visible in the frontend integration UI, which was a significant security concern for a security product. Response times on support issues sometimes required multiple follow-up messages over weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Ciphrix solving and how is that benefiting you? Ciphrix manages our ISO 27001 compliance program — policy documentation, continuous cloud security scanning, evidence collection, and audit readiness. Before Ciphrix, tracking compliance across multiple AWS accounts, GCP projects, and GitHub organisations would have been entirely manual. The platform automates security checks against these environments and flags issues like unused IAM accounts, overly broad permissions, and configuration drift. It also provides a trust center for sharing our security posture with customers. The structured approach and regular checkpoint meetings helped us get through the ISO 27001 certification process, including Stage-2 audit and closing out non-conformities.
