CIP Sentry is NERC CIP compliance software that runs on your own server. Eighteen modules follow the standards' structure, covering all 14 from CIP-002 to CIP-015, and share one set of assets, people and deadlines. More than 20 recurring deadlines, such as 35-day patch actions, 15-month training and plan tests, are calculated from when each task was last done. Change management forms carry each change from initiation through impact assessment to authorization by the Cyber Asset Owner, with each asset's baseline history. The Audit Center holds the requirement catalog, an Evidence Vault, the audit trail and 51 ready-made reports that export to PDF or Excel. It installs on one Windows server on your network and makes no outbound connections: no telemetry, no license call-home, no cloud AI and no vendor access. An optional AI Assistant runs on your hardware for guided setup, asset import from documents, mock audits and draft audit responses. Built for utilities with small CIP teams.
