CIO Landing is an independently owned managed IT services and cybersecurity provider founded in 2012 and based in Northfield, Illinois, with a meeting location in downtown Chicago. We serve law firms, financial services and CPA firms, manufacturers and professional services companies with 25 to 300 employees across Chicagoland, Milwaukee and Northwest Indiana, and we offer co-managed IT for companies with 150 to 1,000 users and their own IT staff. Clients pay one monthly fee per user that covers all day-to-day IT: help desk, monitoring, patching, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace management, backup and disaster recovery, and a full security stack with managed detection and response and security awareness training. Projects are quoted separately, in writing and up front. Every client gets a Client Success Manager and a Technology Alignment Manager, with Fractional CIO (vCIO) strategy available as an add-on. Recognized on the Channel Futures MSP 501 (2024–2026), CRN MSP 500 and Inc. 5000.
