What do you like best about Cinode?

Cinode suits our company perfectly. Everything is scalable, and there are many options you can configure to suit your own organization. The modules of recruiting, co-worker profile and the CRM itself is my key application, and I look into it every day. It really helps me to get my work done and reminds me if I'm supposed to do something. The connection between Outlook and Cinode is also one of the best key features. What do you dislike about Cinode?

I think that the staffing part of the product needs to be looked into since it's quite static. If you have an assignment shared between several team members, it can be tricky to get it proper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cinode solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Cinode we would store profiles on word documents on a shared network disk. There are many benefits in using Cinode compared to that, and for us the main advantages are that now we can easily update profiles without losing track of the "master" information, we can search for specific talents among all of our consultants and all our profiles follow the same format when exported. See profiles all over the country and see the availability of consultans combined with skill search.

I appreciate the profile section and how you can work continuously on any profile among your employees. It shortens the time spent on editing many documents and gives me an excellent overview. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I believe the UX experience could be improved further. I'd like to see an improvement in how to navigate between the different modules most efficiently. The functionality and features are already in the system; you could probably work on the UX experience to highlight how to get the most value from them for the admin user.
