The skills section is too complicated and it lacks a clear and generic datamodel, i.e you can enter the same skill or competence in too many relations. E.g. The user interface, with its easy-to-navigate design and left-side menu, has room for improvement in terms of presenting menu options that are tailored to different roles within an organization. For example, if you hold a sales position, it would be more beneficial to only see options that are relevant to your field.
