I get an overview of what projects my colleagues are working on and which prospects they are currently approaching. It is easy to add my past experiences and projects and to then create a CV based on these. Every week I check how upcoming projects are looking and if I have questions I can easily see who I should approach, for example if I find a project I really would like to be a part of I can talk to the sales lead about it. This is the product biggest problem to me, that not everyone uses it as intended. It requires that leadership really buys into it and makes sure that even senior consultants use it as intended. I like that I can easlity create my portfolio and flexibly build my CVs as I need them. It is good to also have all my CVs in one place so I can compare them. The import a previously created CV - including a list of competences - was impressive. Once this information is in the system you can continue adding and refining.
