**What do you like best about Cinode?**

It replaces separate spreadsheets and tools by unifying sales, skills, and project management in one place.

It makes it easy to find the right consultant for a project by giving you a detailed and searchable overview of your team's skills.

You can quickly create client-ready CVs from data already in the system, saving significant time on proposals.

It gives you a clear view of who's available and who's busy, helping you better allocate your resources and increase billable hours.

It gives the sales team visibility into available skills and resources, leading to more accurate proposals and better project outcomes.

**What do you dislike about Cinode?**

It can take some time for the full team to get comfortable with all the features and reports.
The open system requires consistent data entry to keep skills and profiles accurate and searchable.

The investment might be significant for very small teams or startups.

The search function could be more advanced and intuitive for finding specific skills or people.

**What problems is Cinode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cinode has solved our problem of disorganized skills and resource management. Before, we were using messy spreadsheets to track our consultants, which made it impossible to get a real-time overview. Now, we can quickly find the right person for a project and see everyone's availability, which has drastically improved our efficiency and project profitability.

**What do you like best about Cinode?**

As a consultant, I mainly use Cinode to manage my skills & CV to ensure that I can be matched with relevant client assignments. 
One of the standout features is how effortless it is to write, adjust, and keep my CV up to date. The platform allows me to quickly tailor my profile and create customized CVs for different client opportunities, making it easy to highlight the most relevant skills and experiences depending on the project.

Another thing I really like is how easy it is to get an overview of my organization and our skills. I can quickly identify colleagues who share my skillset or have expertise in areas I want to grow in, making collaboration and personal development much more accessible.

**What do you dislike about Cinode?**

The process of filling out my profile & adding all relevant skils for the first time was a bit daunting and time consuming - however, this was before the CV parsing tool was added, so I imagine this process is a lot more streamlined now.

**What problems is Cinode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cinode simplifies managing my skills and CV, allowing me to quickly create tailored profiles for different client opportunities. It also helps me connect with other consultants, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

**What do you like best about Cinode?**

We primarily utilize Cinode for two purposes and are considering a third one in our planning.

Skills and Competence Mapping: Cinode allows mapping of team members' skills and competencies, helping to identify skill gaps, plan training programs, and align team skills with business needs.

Project Matching: The software’s advanced algorithms match the best available resources to projects based on their skills, availability, and preferences. This ensures that projects are staffed with the most suitable team members, improving project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Centralized Resource Management: Cinode offers a comprehensive platform for managing resources, enabling efficient allocation and tracking of personnel. This centralization optimizes resource utilization and ensures the right talent is assigned to the right projects.

**What do you dislike about Cinode?**

Maintaining cv information always requires time from all parties. For us, from a business perspective, the Finnish language is not an absolute requirement, but from the perspective of user experience and management, it could be a helpful feature.

We are streamlining our operations with Cinodes skills and competence mapping, project matching and centralized resource Management

It is easy to manage and create resumes.

**What do you dislike about Cinode?**

It is a bit time-consuming to update multiple resumes when you make larger changes to your profile. But it might be a learning issue.

**What problems is Cinode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to easily create resumes and keep my current skills updated

**What do you like best about Cinode?**

CV management makes it east to create and adapt CVs to every new request. Following up on who is doing what, when, and for how long becomes easy. The UI is beautifully designed and feels good to use.

**What do you dislike about Cinode?**

Cinode isn't very intuitive. You will need to invest a couple of days before you can start your journey towards mastery.

Who is available when?
Who can do what?
How much work have we been doing?
How much work will we do in the future?

I think the user interface is extremely easy to navigate. And the tailored CV service is extremely useful

**What do you dislike about Cinode?**

I don't see any specific downsides as such. some of the skills areas could be easier to use

**What problems is Cinode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An easy to navigate CRM where candidate and client data is easy to access and the search function is simple but can be used for niche searches

**What do you like best about Cinode?**

I like that I can easlity create my portfolio and flexibly build my CVs as I need them. It is good to also have all my CVs in one place so I can compare them. 
I use it fequently to adjust my CV for different roles. 
It is good that my managers are also able to look at my portfolio and provide feedback or make edits.

**What do you dislike about Cinode?**

I don't find the interface intuituve. It can be confusing when starting out

**What problems is Cinode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a consultant it solves the following issues:
- Tracking my skills. IIt makes it easier to make refernce to them and change them as I get better
- creating CVs. I am able to customize CVs for different purposes.
