**What do you like best about Cinch?**

It's a 1 stop shop for our teams to place orders with various vendors.

**What do you dislike about Cinch?**

There is nothin I dislike about Cinch nor do I see any downside.

**What problems is Cinch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The approval process from the time an order is placed at the property level till my team process the order has been cut down significantly.
I am able to compare pricing side by side on most products.
Having my appliances bid on by multiple vendors ensures that I am always getting the best price possible
