It is the easiest digital signature software that I have used when signing documents and its validity obtained by being certified with the Official Mexican Standard (NOM-151) and notarization in blockchain gives me peace of mind knowing that it cannot be altered Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CINCEL? The only problem I have found is that it does not have an English version for international clients, but the platform's ease of use makes it intuitive to use. I resolve the need to sign a contract without being physically in the office. I keep track of the order of the signatories. I can identify which signer has not completed the process and report it. It really complies with the Mexican regulations (I didn't know that the Mexican regulations on electronic signature are among the most rigorous standards in the world, even above the USA ones). I would only say that people do not know CINCEL enough yet, so some people have asked me what it is when I send to them some documents to sign. But I do not really see any downside. Recommendations to others considering CINCEL: At first I thought that some other solutions were enough, but I would suggest to take a look into the compliance aspect of the solution and you will realize there is no player who complies (some are even famous). Now I am being able to be out of office and literally solve any legal or institutional issue with banks, suppliers, creditors, customers and with counterparts of daily operations. I practice triathlon as well, and the training hours are demanding, so I spend a lot of time on the bike, swimming or trail running, with no time wasted in paper work. The greatest thing is that I am using it not only for trivial affairs, but in high stakes cases in which I would otherwise have to be at the office (printing, signing and sending, or the worst case, traveling to attend in-person meetings with investors, colleagues, government agencies, etc) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The multiple tools available have allowed us to create a more personalized experience. As a fintech in a newly regulated environment, sensitive customer data such as investment agrrements must be dealt with and stored in line with our regulatory guidelines. The team at Cincel took all necessary measures to ensure that we could rely on them for our operation while complying with the current law and other international standards and norms. Both our investment contracts and our internal documents are managed entirely within CINCEL. It gets rid of all the unnecessary features: you just sign and that's it, your document is valid. I consider this to be one of the most important assets of CINCEL: usability, because in Latinamerica, CINCEL biggest market, adoption of this kind of technologies is pretty low and slow, and some companies and individuals such as myself want to make our legal process and paperwork more efficient, so it being easy makes it for a better argument to convince others to sign digitally with us, instead of it being via paper. I save a lot of time and a lot of paper every time a sign a document with Cincel. And because it's a really simple-to-use solution it is very easy to convince my clients to use it. At the end of the day, business owners can not make digital agreements with other businesses that are afraid of using the technology, meaning that there is an important job that the first ones have to make in order to convince the latter so they can efficient both their workflows. The simplicity in which one signs from any device. In seconds I obtain my certificates of the documents that were signed to comply with the law of Mexico (NOM151). I can also integrate CINCEL with my applications to offer automation with my clients. It allows me to sign the documents with the autograph signature or with the e.firma of the SAT, so you have the best of both worlds. A massive signature is missing, but the CINCEL team tells me that it is in development. As I have understood, CINCEL is made for any type of person, so it is very basic in its functionality. I have been able to digitize and automate contractual processes that a few months ago were all on paper and very slow. It has allowed me to shorten weeks of monotonous work and be able to be 100% digital with my suppliers and clients.
