"Deep Technological Capability and Top Notch Training and Support"
5/5
What do you like best about CINC?

I appreciate how sophsticated and intelligent the CINC platform is. None of it would mean anything, however, if the training and support was not top notch. We have been using the system for 4 months. Throughout the sales, implementation, and ramp up phase I have been very pleased with the number of support and training options that are enabling my team to "unlock" the features available to us. It takes a phased in process to learn what works best for our style and clientele, but I am confident we made the right choice as the team there goes the extra mile to set us up for success. Aside from that, we are pleasantly surprised with the number of leads that have come through this far. Their marketing team is effective at bringing traffic to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CINC?

Because the system is so sophisticated, it takes time and patience to learn and ramp up. Fortunately we chose to make the conversion during one of our "slower" times of the year so we have been able to dedicate time to the trainings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Not for the Solo Agent"
0/5
What do you like best about CINC?

The website is visually appealing and its fairly easy to see the info on the lead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CINC?

All the rest -I have sent a few emails and have had no response. Another solo agent and I went in on this platform - it is just not possible for the two of us to spend hours a day on the phone trying to call these leads that either don't answer or tell you they are just looking. The ONLY way this works is if you have a large team or an ISA that can spend the day calling over and over. They definitely over promise on the quality of the leads, and the conversion rate that they have tracked" . What I have gotten from them is a maxed out credit card. I would not ever recommend someone buy their system - ESPECIALLY if there is any other agents in the area using them, even though they are different domains, there are only so many good leads that will click the ad. Response from Jamie Quenzer of CINC

Hi Debby,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry your experience hasn't matched your expectations. Some new clients have felt the same way when starting CINC lead generation. Agents succeed with CINC when completing training, calling their leads, identifying notifications alerting there are engaged leads, and giving the system time to warm up their leads into clients.

Our team of paid search and paid social experts manages the largest real estate advertising portfolio in North America. However, as with any online lead generation, bad actors will share false information. We believe that anyone who goes through our multi-step registration process should be delivered to your system. Lead generation, alongside a power conversion engine, helps nurture these leads with inaccurate information into clients. Regularly, we hear from clients who have turned a John Doe lead into a closed transaction.

Our training team provides various resources to ensure that our clients are getting an ROI with CINC. We will teach anyone the best practices to succeed. However, the system doesn’t work without calling the leads and putting those best practices into action.

Your Account Manager has reached out to you directly to resolve and address your issues and concerns. If you’re still having trouble, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@cincpro.com.

"Comprehensive Real Estate CRM that grows with you and your team"
4/5
What do you like best about CINC?

It has many Real Estate related features that helps my business stay organized and relevant to my industry. Whether solo or team the amount of tools to stay in touch and not lose business is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CINC?

It has too many steps to accomplish tasks. Automated labels like Holidays are not permanent. Database is not dynamic and the need to reload is frustrating. Website updates, flexibility is very limited Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jennifer O'Connell of CINC

"The website was the best part"
0.5/5
What do you like best about CINC?

Website and the training agents were very aptient and nice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CINC?

Too much money per month, leads were not vetted AT ALL, and in 4 1/2 months and 8K later, I had only 1 solid lead. And my conversaion rate for the last 2 yeasrs was 95%.

The rest were 90% wrong numbers, rude emails, rude and mean converations and not that right person on the lead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CINC is a great solution for real estate agents looking to level up!"
5/5
What do you like best about CINC?

The integrations with other platforms, the functionality and ease of adding additional agents and partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CINC?

I like to think of myself as a business person that's pretty demanding, ever since onboarding with CINC, I've found that the leads can be sketchy but what online lead gen platform can 100% eliminate those leads that aren't truly serious Buyers or Sellers? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I can't run my business without CINC"
5/5
What do you like best about CINC?

Exceptionally powerful, exceptional pre-written email and text marketing campaigns, AI followup, all-in-one platform, second to none lead generation in my market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CINC?

It's a bit pricey for a single user like myself and I wish it was more budget friendly. Alex, the CINC AI is a bit buggy, overall works well, but could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Really works. You must call and follow up!! Been on cinc for a while and have closed many deals."
5/5
What do you like best about CINC?

I like being connected with buyers and sellers in my industry. Every single call you make will equal a closing but if you keep calling you will connect with clients are generate business for yourself. Cinc has training and has accessible account specialist that will help you when needed.

You can teamup with others to soften costs until you can handle the costs on your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CINC?

Price is high. Other than that not too bad Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ive had the best experience with Cinc this year."
5/5
What do you like best about CINC?

I get consistant leads every day. Every lead I get has background info on them, and I love the AI assistant that keeps in touch with all of them. This is WAY better than the generic leads I used to get from Zillow and more cost effective Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CINC?

Too many leads! I should have hired a Buyers agent from the beginning to help me with lead follow up- my advice to is to have systems team members in place before starting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"So far so good"
4/5
What do you like best about CINC?

I really like to way CINC intergrates seamlessly with the CRM and adds additional features that help me keep up to date on the metrics of my business. I especially like to deals tab to keep track of where my opportunities and income is coming from. The AI feature is also scary good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CINC?

I would say the lack of customization from the user standpoint of the front end of the website. It would be nice to be able to plug and play with certain features instead of having to go through CINC for seamingly minor changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One stop shop for marketing"
4/5
What do you like best about CINC?

It's been a great all in one platform for us. The ease of use, the tools supplied, and the education offered has been fantastic for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CINC?

The cost is not the best. I do think we are paying more per lead than what is advertised just because of the platform costs itself. But overall we are still happy with the value. I would like to see some of the educators reach out more often as opposed to just the account manager. Some more free training may be fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
