For over 10 years Cinc has been a important part of my business model. I have had leads come back 5 years later. Tracking my leads is easy. The platform is easy to use. As to customer service , its fantastic. I've has the same customer service rep for years and he is great! Their training platform is great also. They have a dialer to make your calls easy. I've had CINC for over 7 years now. Yes, I have thousands of leads. Since CINC engages my leads, they will eventually reach out to me. It could take months and sometimes years for some of them to reach out. Or maybe I will take them out to look at houses and not hear back right away. I do end up closing sales with them. With today's crazy up-and-down market, my CINC leads are keeping me busy. The leads I have sold homes to are repeat customers selling their previous homes or looking for other investment properties. I took out a client from CINC 2.5 years ago, and we have maintained contact since then. My website kept them informed on new properties. They called me back to start looking again in the Spring.
