To me the best parts of CINC are being able to have my own leads/ CRM in the platform and also I like that there is a dialer option, it makes it so much easier to get through calls when I am dialing. What I dislike least about CINC is that often times when I am using the app from my phone, the app glitches a lot and it makes it hard to make calls from my phone, so I usually have to use my laptop to dial.
