The automations are helpful for accounting and are used on a daily basis. The action items are useful and easy to use. Our account manager is responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customizing is difficult, and having to make sure reported cases get finished can be time-consuming. We dislike that we have to go to multiple sites for different features (CINC Systems & WebAxis). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
