I like the statements & collections automation and the recurring reserve transfers. **What do you dislike about CINC Systems?** I hate that the billing type is associated with which address they are currently using. The information tab should hold all the ACH, email, phone numbers etc. none of that should depend on where the person is currently having their mail delivered. They have to add in date ranges for the addresses, we have "snow bird" here in Florida they are here from Oct through mid April every year. **Recommendations to others considering CINC Systems:** Don't be intimidated, get in there & use it, use the support section as a how to guide. **What problems is CINC Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are not having to file our payables, copies of financials or collection letters any longer since everything is in CINC, that is a time saver. ### 2. You can also see their history with payments to answer questions easily. **What do you dislike about CINC Systems?** When using any new system, training is needed to know all of the ins and outs of what is provided to you but once I found my way around it was very simple. A CINC representative even came to our office to answer all of our questions and make it a smooth transition. **Recommendations to others considering CINC Systems:** I recommend you give CINC a try! We definitely enjoy the efficient website and the CINC team is always improving things to make our jobs easier.
