CINC Systems streamlines our HOA management by centralizing accounting, communications, and homeowner information in one platform. It saves us significant time by automating tasks like payment processing, reporting, and document management, which reduces errors and improves efficiency. CINC has great capabilities and tracking for Accounting Services, violation management, and work order management. The reports you can run provide a great idata. It is a very user friendly software! For example, the portfolio management module is missing key aspects of reporting action items, which have been communicated to Customer Success. What problems is CINC Systems solving and how is that benefiting you? There aren't any problems that are outstanding that haven't been resolved except for the portfolio module. We are an extremely transparent and communicative company and want our Board's to see what the manager is doing for the community. Cinc Systems makes managing homeowner accounts on the back end a breeze. I love that homeowner information, ledgers, communications, violations and more are all easily accessed and visible on each homeowner’s account. It can be a little cumbersome and time consuming to build things out initially. Once the legwork is completed, fortunately, the end result is worth it.
