Integration with banking and strongroom, auto bank reconciliations and scheduling group reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CINC Systems? Homeowner information tracking does not allow for separate contacts when there are multiple owners. System is not ready for California e-communication laws. Monthly reporting groups cannot accommodate easily running a financial packet for a prior month. When a error is made on a journal entry date/amount or invoice void date you cannot correct it. This requires a support ticket that usually takes 2+ minutes to fill out and 12-48 hours to have it corrected. Lack of custom reporting options that are user friendly. In general, improvements to the system and mysterious issues happen and backlog support or product development are very slow and have no ETA on when support cases will be resolved.
