We've been using Cin7 Core for about a year now, primarily to manage inventory across multiple sales channels like Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy. The platform is packed with features, and we found the inventory tracking and production modules particularly helpful. I've been working with CIN7 in the last 6 weeks, I have an onboarding training provided by a guy based in Sri Lanka, Shuaib. He explains how to use tabs like, inventory, sales, purchases, reports and others. We still going through other functions of the system like smart reorder and other applications. I really recoomend the system for stock management, it prrvides different types of report that can be used in any type of business, the system can mix data offering a specific information that the customer wants. I think for purchasing department the system could be more easygoing, like managing backorders, the system can not link automatically backorders and products that has arrived, like if I have a product on backorder I should keep an eye on it and keep an eye when this product will arrive in the warehouse because CIN7 does not satisfy the backorder automatically when the product came to the warehouse, also a report that mix information like sales, product and supplier would be great too. Cin7 Core provides a critical function for our business, enabling accurate inventory management and financial records across multiple locations and sales channels.

With so many features there is an initially steep learning curve but once users are familiar with the system it proves to be a powerful and user friendly software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer support generally takes a long time to resolve issues, usually requiring many iterations of the same information before action is taken.

Development roadmap is opaque and popular customer feature requests on forums appear to be mostly ignored by the dev team.

CIN 7 is very simple to set up and use. The support staff (Hiranya Chandrasehar) that helped with the install trained us on how to each module of CIN 7 core. When I've emailed Hiranya Chandrasehar directly, she has been very fast to reply and very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The help desk (chat feature) is worthless. I've have submitted a couple of requests for help that I've waited 4 hours for a reply and never recevied one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy the program is to use. We are tracking inventory from 6 different locations so it has saved our team a lot of time and headache. Customer support has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of our settings were not configured correctly, which has caused issues with our inventory count. Customer service identified what needs to be adjusted, but unfortunately, they cannot make the changes on the back end.
